Booking terms

The fine print, kept short — the same terms shown when you book and on your invoice.

Booking & deposit

Every booking requires a $50 deposit, paid when you book. The deposit secures your time slot and is applied to your final invoice. Your booking is confirmed once we’ve reviewed the details — we’ll confirm the total on-site time with you then. Shoots run 7 days a week, 5:00am–7:00pm.

Cancellation

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot forfeit the deposit. Cancel more than 24 hours ahead and your deposit is refunded in full.

Rebooking

Need to move your shoot? Rebooking is $25, charged on top of your package price.

Additional fees

• Rush job — booked and performed within 24 hours, including media delivery: +$75
• Federal holiday: +$100
• After-hours — outside 5:00am–7:00pm: +$75

Fees are flat, can stack, and are billed on your final invoice — never added to the deposit.

Payment

Your final invoice shows your package and any add-ons, minus the $50 deposit already paid. Invoices are due Net 7. We accept cards and ACH.

Delivery

All media is delivered digitally.

Travel

Travel fees may apply outside our standard Southern California service area.

Drone work

Aerial services depend on FAA rules, weather, and airspace authorization. If conditions or airspace prevent a flight, we’ll work with you to reschedule the aerial portion.
